How We’ve Helped
Since investing, we’ve worked alongside Softdrive to build a $10 million to $20 million revenue pipeline by expanding its hyperscaler relationships from co-sell to resell. We provided direct CEO coaching to align leadership, eliminate fragmentation and scale the organization, contributing to 7 to 10x revenue growth in just 18 months.
We also re-architected its go-to-market motion, creating a pod-based channel sales model that shortened enterprise sales cycles and drove exponential pipeline expansion.
