Ashley Pilipiszyn, a venture partner at Growth Warrior Capital, is an applied scientist-turned-entrepreneur, a deep tech angel investor and a certified pilot. As an early employee and the first technical director to OpenAI’s CTO, she led the launch of major AI research and commercial products, including MuseNet, Jukebox, Rubik’s Cube, GPT-3, Codex, CLIP and DALL-E. She also created OpenAI’s developer ecosystem program, mentoring startups and launching partner applications powered by GPT-3.
Previously, Ashley oversaw development of the Department of Education-funded Grid Resilience and Intelligence Platform (GRIP) at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center’s (SLAC) National Accelerator Lab and has led on-the-ground renewable energy projects in some of the world’s most remote regions.
