Mary Kate McDonough, Head of Platform & Operations at Growth Warrior Capital, leads platform, portfolio programming, and operator network orchestration. Before GWC, Mary Kate spent her career as an operator and right-hand-to-principal across financial services and venture-adjacent environments, most recently as Chief of Staff to a wealth management founder where she built operational infrastructure across investment operations, marketing, and platform development. Earlier in her career, she was on the investment team at an activist fund and worked at an investor relations consultancy where she supported four IPOs.
